Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Syddel. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:

Usually the products are shipped for you within 1 or 4 working days .You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.The tracking numbers are usually available 1-7 business days after you place your order. In most cases, tracking numbers are activated instantly. However, in case you have not received follow-up information after 7 days, please inform us by e-mail at contact@syddel.com

Europe	10-15 days
US	7-12 days
Middleast	8-25 days
Rest of the word	10-25 days

Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in customs processing which are unfortunately beyond our control. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

After orders have been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. Customers must enter a valid mailing address for their order. If the shipping carrier or postal service is unable to locate the address entered, customers will not be able to claim a return or refund.
