Shipping policy

Shipment processing time:

Usually the products are shipped for you within 1 or 2 working days .You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.The tracking numbers are usually available 1-7 business days after you place your order. In most cases, tracking numbers are activated instantly. However, in case you have not received follow-up information after 7 days, please inform us by e-mail at contact@syddel.com

Shipping/Delivery Time:

UK: 4–6 working days
US: 7–9 working days
EU: 7–12 working days
Rest of the word: 7–15 working days

Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in customs processing which are unfortunately beyond our control. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
