Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by using the link in the confirmation email. Simply scroll to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and follow the instructions. After 60 minutes, cancellations must be requested by emailing contact@syddel.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If an order is canceled accidentally and you still wish to receive it, a new order must be placed at checkout. Our team is available at contact@syddel.com for any support or questions.

Successful cancellations will always be followed by a confirmation email. If you didn’t receive one, please contact us with your order number so we can confirm the status.

Orders that include gift cards or do not show a self-cancel option must be canceled by contacting us directly at contact@syddel.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Our fulfillment process is designed to be fast, so we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if they need to make changes. We’ll always do our best to help with any concerns.

If for any reason you want to cancel your order before we fulfill it, we can offer you a refund. In this case, you'll receive your money (shipping included) but we have to keep the Payment gateway fees that are charged to us, regardless (5%)
